The Advice and Representation Centre offers professional, free, impartial, independent, and confidential advice and representation for all students at the University of Wolverhampton.

We are independent of the University. This means we can support you in your dealings with the University without any conflict of interest.

What you can expect

  • Free, confidential support for all University of Wolverhampton students
  • Impartial, independent advice from the Students’ Union
  • Clear options and next steps, with representation where appropriate
  • Respect for your privacy, we will not share information without your permission
We usually respond to online enquiries within five working days.

Advice Quality Standard

We hold the Advice Quality Standard. This accreditation is audited every two years and recognises organisations that are accessible, effectively managed, and employ staff with the skills and knowledge to meet the needs of their clients.
